01Choose the coastal terminal

Search for 인천항 연안여객터미널, not just “Incheon Port.” The port has different passenger facilities, and the International Passenger Terminal is not the destination for a booking that specifies the coastal terminal. Confirm the street address in the directions page rather than copying the organisation address from a website footer.

Show a taxi driver the Korean name together with your booking. A ticket departing from Daebudo or Bangameori is not a ticket departing from this building.

02Follow your booking after arrival

Check the operator, vessel name and departure time as well as the island name. Find the relevant ticket desk or follow the mobile-ticket instructions issued with your reservation. Payment confirmation alone should not be treated as proof that every check-in step is complete.

Keep your identity document and booking reference accessible. Check the documents for every passenger in your party. Plan to complete the operator’s procedures before its stated deadlines; the sailing time is not your target arrival time at the building.

03Use facilities without missing boarding

The official facility overview lists ticket desks, shops, food outlets, a pharmacy and lockers on the first floor, with a passenger lounge on the second floor. Listing a facility does not guarantee opening hours or locker availability. Check ahead if you depend on a particular service.

Use the building signs or ask staff for toilets and baby-care facilities. If travelling with a wheelchair or stroller, ask about the complete route from terminal to vessel, including the boarding ramp and on-board arrangements.

04Separate parking from vehicle boarding

Leaving a car at the port and taking it onto a ferry require different arrangements. For vehicle transport, follow the ferry operator’s designated waiting area and check-in instructions rather than assuming the passenger car park is the loading queue.

Check the official parking page and entrance signs for the current tariff, daily-cap calculation and discount documents. Include time to find a space and walk back to the terminal.

05Save your return plan

Record your parking location and onward transport before leaving. Check the outbound sailing status and return sailing separately: knowing how to use the terminal does not confirm that a ferry will operate. Keep the Korean destination name available even after switching this guide to another language.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the international ferry terminal?

No. If your booking names 인천항 연안여객터미널, use the coastal terminal on Yeonanbudu-ro. Check the departure port before setting off.

Can I rely on getting a luggage locker?

Lockers are listed in the official facility overview, but size, availability and operating conditions must be checked separately.

Does parking reserve a space for my car on the ferry?

No. Vehicle transport needs separate operator confirmation, including the correct loading location and deadline.
